Siliguri, 15th September: On Friday, a private bus collided with Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb’s car near Subrata Sangh in Siliguri’s Deshbandhu Para. Following the incident, cops of Siliguri police station promptly arrived at the spot and took the bus into custody.
As per reports, on Friday evening, Mayor Goutam Deb went to Suryasen College to attend a program. While returning, a bus hit the Mayor’s car on NJP Main Road. Following this, the rear end of the car was damaged. However, the Mayor escaped unhurt and is in good health.
