Siliguri, 26th August: Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb inaugurated the health center in Jyotirmoy Colony, Ward No. 32 today.
During this, Mayor-Council Dulal Dutta and ward councilor Tapas Chattopadhyay were present. In this regard, Goutam Deb said that this year they have got permission to come up with 12 health centers. Once they set up 12 health centers this year, they will get permission to set up 25 more centers in the coming year.
Apart from this, a new building will also be constructed at a cost of Rs 20 lakh for the smooth functioning of the health centers. Along with this, the Mayor handed over green and blue baskets of the Solid Waste Project to the residents of Jyotimoy Colony.
