Siliguri, 20th January: The Matigara police arrested four people along with firearms and produced them before the Siliguri court today.
According to police sources, the four have been arrested in two separate cases. The arrested accused have been identified as Sumon Chowdhury, Bhanu Kumar, Mohammad Saddam Alam, and Rahul Trikshatri. A total of 91 rounds of ammunition were recovered from their possession.
Police officials have decided to hold a press conference in this regard, this evening. On the other hand, an appeal has been made to take the arrested individuals into police custody.
