Rajganj, 23rd February: A person lost his life in a road accident while on his way to meet his ailing mother-in-law. The incident surfaced from the Fatapukur area in Rajganj block. The deceased has been identified as Subhash Roy (33), a resident of Baniapara village in Panikauri area of Rajganj.
According to local sources, Subhash Roy used to work as a day laborer. He left behind his wife and two children. The accident occurred yesterday evening when he was on his way to Talma to meet his ailing mother-in-law.
After the incident, the locals rescued him and rushed him to Rajganj Rural Hospital where the doctors declared him dead. Rajganj police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
