Malda, 05th February: A youth lost both his legs and a hand while trying to get down from a moving train near Rathbari Budabudi tala under English Bazar Police station in Malda district. The youth has been identified as Ismail Sheikh, a resident of the Khaskol village in the English Bazar Police station.
According to local sources, Ismail Sheikh was working as a Raj Mistry (Expert Mason) in Surat, two months ago. He was returning home on the train. When the train entered the station, at 9 am today, he tried to get down the moving train. In the course, he fell down and the train ran over his limbs. The passengers immediately rushed him to the Malda Medical College-Hospital. Meanwhile, upon receiving the information about the incident, his family members immediately arrived at the Hospital.
