Landslide win for Trinamool Congress in Siliguri Mahakama Parishad election

Siliguri, 29th June: The Trinamool Congress won the Siliguri Mahakama Parishad with a landslide margin, on Wednesday. The TMC candidates won 8 out of 9 seats, while BJP won one seat. Darjeeling district Trinamool Congress president Papiya Ghosh stated that the sabhadhipati of the Siliguri Mahakama Parishad has not been decided yet. However, the decision will be taken after discussing it with the party members.
