Islampur, 02nd February: A labourer lost his life after being crushed under the wheels of a tractor at Dimrulla bypass under Islampur police station.
According to police and local sources, five labourers were travelling on a tractor. Due to the high speed of the vehicle, one of them fell off the tractor and was crushed to death.
After the incident, the locals informed the police, who reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for an autopsy. An investigation has been launched into the whole incident.
