Kharibari, 13th September: The Kharibari police recovered stolen motorcycles and returned them to their rightful owners.
Reportedly, several motorcycle thievery were being reported from different areas under the Kharibari police station for the past few days. Based on the complaints, the police launched investigations and recovered nine bikes from Bihar and Nepal border. Rural DSP Achintya Gupta handed over 5 vehicles to their owners today.
DSP Achintya Gupta said that 5 vehicles were returned to the owners. The rest of the motorcycles will be returned later as they are from Naxalbari and Bagdogra police station area.
