Kharibari, 22nd August: The local women and girls of Kharibari celebrated the sacred festival of Raksha Bandha with the SSB jawans of the 41st Battalion. They wished for a long life by tying Rakhi on the wrists of the soldiers. Furthermore, the soldiers gave them gifts and promised to protect the nation at all cost.
Apart from this, Rakhi was tied on the wrists of all the soldiers of the camp on behalf of ‘Ekal Abhiyan Gram Shiksha Mandir’. During this, happiness was clearly visible in the faces of the soldiers.
