Rajganj, 28th April: TMC’s outgoing MLA Khageshwar Roy stepped forward and provided ration to the family of a COVID-19 infected patient.
Yesterday, a young woman from a family in Fatapukur Manipur Colony in Rajganj block tested positive for the coronavirus. The family members are currently in home quarantine and were facing trouble in getting their daily groceries.
In this regard, Khageshwar Roy said, “I learned this morning that a girl in my area has tested positive for coronavirus. Today I provided them ration. I will continue to help them in their difficulties.” Social activist Sarbani Dhara, Biley Dhara, Santosh Roy, and many others were also present with Roy.
