Junior doctors of North Bengal Dental College protest in support of various demands

Siliguri, 07th December: The junior doctors of North Bengal Dental College protested in support of various demands, on Tuesday.


Dr Pushpendu Sarkar, a member of the Trinamool Congress organization of the Dental College, alleged that the college auditorium has not been inaugurated yet. Most of the professors remain absent and chances of mosquito-borne diseases are on the rise due to unhygienic conditions inside the hospital premises. Besides, various problems have been reported regarding the medical services provided to patients. He swore that their protest will continue without interrupting medical services.

On the other hand, the principal of the college Dr Sanjay Dutta said that there are some problems with the fund. And assured that everything will return to normal soon.
