Bagdogra, 11th September: Sensation prevailed after a huge python was recovered from the Muslimpara area of Bagdogra on Friday night.
The snake was initially spotted by the locals near a house in the said area. Following which the forest department was informed. Upon receiving the news, the workers of the Bagdogra forest department reached the spot and rescued the python.
According to Bagdogra Forest Department sources, the python will be released into the forest after going through a health check-up.
