Rajganj, 18th May: Sensation prevailed after an employee’s body was recovered from a hotel in Rajganj. The deceased has been identified as Yogendra Rai, a resident of Darjeeling.
According to the information received, a day prior, Yogendra told his colleagues that he was having a headache and went to bed early. This following morning, he did not respond to their calls and his colleagues then broke into his room. His body was found hanging from the noose.
The Rajganj police were immediately informed and the body was recovered and sent for postmortem. Police are investigating the whole matter.
