Phansidewa, 14th December: A horrific road accident on National Highway-31 (D) Ghoshpukur-Fulbari bypass of Phansidewa injured five people.
Reportedly, a gas tanker overturned on top of an ambulance carrying a patient and other people. Due to this, five people including a newborn baby were injured in the incident. The injured were rescued and taken to Phansidewa Hospital and then to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital. Meanwhile, the tanker driver fled away from the spot. The police of Phansidewa police station are looking for the accused.
