Siliguri, 17th December: Another case where a person has crossed every limit of inhumanity after an incident surfaced four days back in Siliguri. The incident has shocked everyone seeing humanity stooping another low of shame and disgust.
Reportedly, a person in Siliguri has crossed all boundaries of inhumanity with an innocent animal. On December 13 a person identified as Gopal Das took advantage of the absence of anyone in the house and carried out the most gruesome and inhumane act toward an innocent being. The alleged accused raped an 18-month-old stray dog in the area at night in the East Fakadaibari area located in Dabgram under Ashighar Out Post.
After this incident came to the fore, the locals along with Siliguri Animal Helpline organization Priya Rudra filed a written complaint in the name of Gopal Das at Ashighar Out Post yesterday regarding this shameful incident. After the complaint, the police of Ashighar Out Post started immediate action. The police have obtained the said dog’s medical reports that were conducted today. Along with this, the police are searching for the accused at various places.
