Siliguri, 09th September: Ganesh Puja of Ashrampara Ganesh Puja Committee under Ward No. 14 of Siliguri Municipal Corporation was inaugurated today.
Goutam Deb, the administrator of SMC, inaugurated the puja by lighting the lamp and cutting ribbon.
Raju Das, President of the Ashrampara Ganesh Puja Committee, said that the Puja Committee organizes the event every year with great pomp. However, due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the puja will be organized on a low key. This time, a voluntary blood donation, free health check-up, and diabetes check-up camp will also be held.
