Phansidewa, 04th July: A freight lorry truck overturned along the Dangapara national highway area of Bidhannagar under Phansidewa block. The driver and his helper sustained injuries in the accident.
Reportedly, they were heading towards Siliguri today when the lorry lost control and overturned. Traffic was disrupted for a while due to the accident. The injured were rescued and taken to Bidhannagar Primary Health Center.
Later they were referred to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital. Upon receiving the news of the incident, the Bidhannagar police reached the spot and removed the lorry from the road.
