Rajganj, 03rd December: A free eye and health checkup camp was organized under the initiative of the Kishore Sporting and Cultural Club in association with of Siliguri Lions Club and Sahamarmi Welfare Association.
According to reports, on Sunday, hundreds of people availed free eye checks. In addition, various medical professionals including paediatricians and dentists, conducted free health checkups for the people in the camp.
Speaking at the event, Club member Sukumar Roy, stated that the club organizes various social programs every year. On this day, a free health and eye checkup camp was organized. He added that several people from the rural areas are unable to visit the city for medical treatment due to financial constraints. Furthermore, he stated that the camp was highly beneficial for them.
