Rimbik, 07th August: While the lockdown imposed by the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) in the hills is nearing its end, sensation prevailed after five people tested positive for the novel coronavirus in a single day in Rimbik Lodhoma area.
As per the health officials, the infected were immediately rushed to the Triveni COVID Hospital for treatment.
Reportedly, after finding an elderly from Lodhoma area tested positive for the virus, swab tests of those who came in contact with him were taken. Out of the tests taken, five came back positive.
