Siliguri, 09th September: The excise department arrested a man with fake liquor and raw spirit. The arrested accused has been identified as Mohammad Taher.
It has been learned that the excise department, acting on a tip-off, raided a house in the Bhupendra Nagar area of Bhaktinagar police station. 269 bottles of fake liquor and 15 litres of raw spirit were recovered from the residence. The arrested individual was produced at the Jalpaiguri court today.
