Jalpaiguri, 26th May: The officer on special duty for COVID-19 in North Bengal Dr. Susanta Roy, on Monday, inspected the community kitchen in Jalpaiguri Beguntari More built under the initiative of the Jalpaiguri Trinamool Chhatra Yuva team. District CMOH Ramendranath Pramanik and many other doctors were present during the inspection.
The organization members stated that they have been regularly feeding several poor people for the past 26 days following all government protocols.
In this context, Dr. Susanta Roy stated that the team also stepped forward to feed the family members of several patients in the hospital and highly praised the selfless initiative taken by them.
