Alipurduar, 12th January: The ‘Doors Tourism and Cultural Carnival 2021’ commenced in Rajabhatkhawa of Alipurduar district with a motive to take tourism in Dooars up to an international level. Cultural dances and music of different tribes of Dooars were performed during the event.
Reportedly, the carnival will be held at various tourist centres of Dooars for the next 15 days.
On behalf of Dooars Tourism and Cultural Carnival, Ramkumar Lama said that people of different ethnicities live in Dooars. Their culture, way of living, garments were presented at the carnival.
