Jalpaiguri, 03rd February: The district-level Chhatra Yuva Utsav commenced from today. In this regard, a rally was also held in Jalpaiguri, which commenced from the Jalpaiguri Municipality Prayas Hall and toured various areas including Thana More, Kadamtala, Beguntari and concluded at the Prayas Hall. Municipal Council Saikat Chatterjee and students from various schools attended the rally.
