Siliguri, 09th May: In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, a disinfectant spray tunnel was set up in Siliguri Ashighar outpost on Thursday.
As per the report, the machine automatically sanitizes any person walking through it as the tunnel consists of sprayers that sprinkle disinfectants.
All the workers and the police officials have to walk through the tunnel before leaving the outpost and also while returning. Apart from the personnel, the convicts are also being sanitized before entering the outpost and while being taken to the court.
