Siliguri, 14th April: Various steps are being taken by the state and central government to combat the coronavirus. In view of the pandemic, New Jalpaiguri Railway Management has taken a unique step for the safety of railway passengers.
A machine has been installed on NJP Railway Station’s overbridge by the Railway Management in which the passengers have to walk through a tunnel in which sprayers sprinkle disinfectant. The machine will automatically sanitize passengers entering the station.
