Siliguri, 14th September: The Diamond Yuvak Brinda Club of Siliguri Ward No. 40 started preparing for Durga Puja today through pillar worship(Khamba puja).
Reportedly, the puja was completed in the presence of Ward Coordinator Satyajit Adhikari. Club President Tapan Roy and other members were present during the programme.
Tapan Roy stated that the club will be celebrating its 11th year of Durgotsav, this October. Preparations for the puja have commenced keeping in mind the pandemic situation. Various social works are likely to be carried out in this puja.
