Siliguri, 20th September: The Darjeeling District Decorator Welfare Association joined a symbolic strike on various demands called by the West Bengal Decorators Samannay Samity.
It has been learned that the members of the organization joined the symbolic strike near the Gandhi statue in Siliguri. They raised various demands holding placards.
A member of the organization said “We have had no work for the past 1 and a half years due to the COVID situation. Where everything is normal, there are only restrictions on weddings and social events.”
