Siliguri, 30th September: The Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar Welfare Foundation will organize a four-month cricket tournament from October 02 at the Siliguri Hindi High School grounds.
The members of the organization held a press conference at the Siliguri Journalists Club on Thursday. Manish Tibrewal, president of the organization, said that the Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar Stitch Ball Championship will be held at the Hindi High School grounds on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. A total of 14 teams will participate in the tournament. 20 overs will be played every week for four months. The game will kick-start on October 02 at 9 am.
