Siliguri, 18th February: In a tragic incident, a young individual lost his life in a road accident in Siliguri. The deceased has been identified as Sahin Ali, a student of Surya Sen College.
As per the information gathered, Sahin Ali worked on professional photography besides college and lived in a rented accommodation in Siliguri’s Ashraf Nagar. The incident took place on Saturday night on the flyover near Venus More (Hashmi Chowk) in Siliguri. Reportedly, on Saturday evening, Sahin Ali informed his father about leaving for work and departed on his motorcycle. During this, the two-wheeler accidentally went out of control and collided with the divider on the flyover.
As a result, the young man succumbed on the spot and was later transported to a hospital. Upon receiving the news, the family of the deceased youth arrived at the hospital. It was later informed that the deceased youth was accompanied by a young woman on the motorcycle.
