Siliguri, 01st October: Towards the end of her 3-day North Bengal visit, State Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held an administrative meeting with five districts on Thursday. Thereafter, the CM inaugurated the 'Pathashree Abhiyan' project from Fulbari.
Reportedly, the 'Pathashree Abhiyan' project was planned for the reconstruction and maintenance of 12,000 km of roads across the state. In this project, rural roads will be rebuilt in different districts. The Panchayat office has already identified the damaged roads in each district and renovation work will start soon. The Chief Minister directed that all the rural roads in the state should be repaired within the month of December.
