Darjeeling, 22nd October: Debris from the landslide triggered by heavy rainfall had covered the entire road of Rishihat. Due to this, the locals were facing numerous problems. After being alerted about the situation, former GJM leader Binay Tamang stepped forward to remove the land debris.
With the initiative of Tamang, a dozer has been installed to remove the debris. With swift action, vehicles have started plying on the road. The locals of Rishihat expressed their gratitude to Tamang.
