Siliguri, 19th August: The small children of Ward No. 37 Maddhya Chayanpara under Siliguri Municipal Corporation celebrated Jhulan Utsav, on Thursday.
Jhulan Yatra is one of the most important festivals for the followers of Lord Krishna celebrated in the monsoon month of Shravan.
The mothers of the children in the area said that Jhulan Utsav is slowly coming to an end and so they wanted the children to enjoy the festival.
