Cooch Behar, 01st February: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee inaugurated a fire station at Nishiganj check post under Mathabhanga No. 02 Block, on Monday.
The CM inaugurated the fire station via remote control from the Uttarbang Utsav at Baghajatin Park in Siliguri, at around 3 pm today.
Minister of Tribal Affairs and Backward Classes Binay Krishna Barman, Jalpaiguri District-in-Council President Uttara Barman, Fire Department officials and other dignitaries were present during the occasion.
