Siliguri, 23rd October: A burglary in the early hours of Wednesday morning has caused a sensation in the Jamurivita, Bhola More area near Siliguri.
According to reports, the homeowner had left for the market around 8 a.m., locking the gate. Upon returning, the owner discovered that the home had been broken into. The burglars made off with cash and gold jewelry worth lakhs of rupees.
Following the incident, the NJP police were informed and promptly arrived at the scene to begin their investigation. Authorities are working to trace the culprits involved in the theft.
