Bagdogra, 16th May: Buddha Purnima was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in Bagdogra. The 2566th Buddha Purnima was celebrated in Daragaon with the motto of world peace. A mass rally was held that visited different parts of the area.
In this procession, people of the Buddhist community, including Buddhist Guru Khenchen Rimpoche, participated along with other different communities.
