Phansidewa, 18th March: A tragic incident surfaced from the Mahipal Jote area of Phansidewa where the blood-stained body of an unidentified youth was found lying near the railway tracks.
According to reports, the local women in the area stumbled upon the body earlier on Monday. Following this, the matter was informed at the Railway Police Station. Upon learning of the incident, the Phansidewa police and the railway police officers arrived at the scene.
Subsequently, the body was recovered and transported to the North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) for a post-mortem examination. The incident has led to an atmosphere of mourning in the area. Currently, the officials are engaged in a thorough investigation of the matter.
