Kharibari, 25th July: Anjali Barman, a resident of Paschim Pataram Jote under Kharibari block, is undergoing treatment at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital and is in desperate need of blood. As soon as the matter came to light, Raniganj Binnabari Mandal BJP Kisan Morcha President Sanjay Kumar Mandal and Mahila Morcha Mandal President Sulata Sarkar reached the hospital to donate their blood to the patient.
Kisan Morcha Mandal President Sanjay Kumar Mandal said that Anjali Barman is undergoing treatment at NBMCH for the last three to four days. Her family was facing difficulties managing blood for her amid the prevailing shortage of blood in the city. When he came to know about the matter, he immediately reached out to the patient to provide her medical help and also donated his blood. Sanjay Kumar Mandal further assured all possible help to Anjali Barmans’ family. He said that every BJP worker is with the people in the hour of crisis.
