Fulbari, 22nd November: An incident of road mishap surfaced where a two-wheeler rider was severely injured in the Amaidighi area adjacent to Fulbari on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway (NH). The injured rider has been identified as Jiarul Haque, a resident of the Fulbari bypass area.
According to reports, Jiarul was on his way towards Fulbari from Jyotiyakali on a bike, during which, a JCB suddenly emerged in front of the bike on the road. Consequently, the rider lost control of the two-wheeler and overturned on the roadside causing severe injuries.
After the incident, the locals rescued the injured and admitted him to a private hospital in Fulbari. Upon receiving the news, Fulbari Highway Traffic Police arrived at the spot and initiated further course of action.
