Bidhan Nagar, 27th September: A blood donation camp and a free eye examination camp were organized on Monday under the initiative of the Bidhannagar Traffic Guard in Phansidewa.
It has been learned that around 40 units of blood were collected in the camp. The collected blood has been sent to North Bengal Medical College Hospital.
CI of Naxalbari Sudipta Sarkar, OC Manas Das, and social worker Bapan Das was present in the camp. In this regard, Traffic OC Hemant Khatri said that the camp was organized under the direction of Darjeeling Traffic Police.
