Siliguri, 19th November: Bhaktinagar police arrested four people, including a shopkeeper, on charges of buying stolen goods.
As per the report, that construction work was being carried out at a shop in a shopping mall in the Sevoke Road area under Bhaktinagar Police Station. Allegedly, three electricians stole electric wires and sold them at a shop in the Ghogomali area.
Upon receiving the news, Bhaktinagar police arrested shopkeepers Ratan Kumar Shah, Asit Roy, Sujit Roy, and Dipankar Roy and recovered the stolen goods. They were sent to court today. Police are investigating the whole incident.
