Siliguri, 22nd July: Man identified as Guddu was nabbed by Bhaktinagar police for illegally refilling gas cylinders at his house in Ashraf Nagar in Ward No. 40 under Siliguri Municipal Corporation. Several small and big gas cylinders were recovered from the spot.
