Siliguri, 10th June: The Bhaktinagar police arrested a man with a huge quantity of liquor, on Wednesday night. The arrested accused has been identified as Suvendu Roy (31).
The police, based on a tip-off, launched operations at a residence in Bikash Nagar BSF Road in Salugara. Following this, the police seized a huge quantity of foreign liquor from Roy’s house and arrested him for illegally selling liquor.
The accused has been produced in Jalpaiguri court today.
