Siliguri, 10th February: Under the anti-drug campaign, the Bhakti Nagar police arrested a person identified as Rajen Chhetri (50), for selling liquor illegally.
According to the information, the Bhakti Nagar police launched a campaign in the Bottle Company area located at Ward No. 41.
During the search, a huge amount of liquor was recovered from a fast-food shop, after which the owner was arrested. The accused has been presented to the Jalpaiguri court today.
