Kharibari, 24th December: A Bangladeshi youth was caught while getting a passport made. The accused has been identified as Chandan Kumar Mahant. He was scrutinized after fake certificates were detected during his passport verification in the Intelligence Department of Kharibari Police.
Reportedly, the police also recovered Bangladeshi identity card, birth certificate, Indian voter card, Aadhaar, PAN card from the accused. Kharibari police have taken the accused in remand for further investigation.
