Bangladeshi youth arrested on charges of entering India illegally

Rajganj, 12th November: A Bangladeshi youth has been arrested for entering India illegally. The arrested accused has been identified as Alamin Hussain (28), resident of Tetulia police station area of ​​Panchagarh district of Bangladesh.


According to police sources, the youth was spotted wandering in the Khudivita area adjacent to the Indo-Bangladesh border in Rajganj. The on-duty BSF questioned him and learned that he is a resident of Bangladesh. He entered India through the Sahu river on the border. Following this, the BSF jawans arrested him and handed him over to Rajganj police.

He was sent to Jalpaiguri court on Friday.
