Bagdogra, 20th August: The Bagdogra Anchal Congress observed the 77th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
The party workers paid their respects by laying wreaths at the portrait of Rajiv Gandhi at the party office in Bagdogra.
