ASHA workers rallied in Kharibari in support of several demands

Kharibari, 03rd August: West Bengal’s ASHA workers staged a protest to put forward their demands of a salary of Rs 21,000 and no incentive allowance along with the government recognition of ASHA workers. The workers rallied from Kharibari market to the BDO office where they demonstrated on Wednesday.


Santana Das, a member of the organization said that their protest is going on in the entire state. The members further warned that the agitation will continue until their demands are met.
