Rajganj, 27th June: Ambari Falakata Police Outpost arrested a youth, identified as Arun Roy – a resident of Laxmi Jamadar Gachh area, with locally made and country liquor.
Reportedly, the police recovered 25 bottles of local liquor and a few bottles of country made liquor from a shop in the said area under Binnaguri Gram Panchayat of Rajganj block, on Saturday evening.
On the other hand, the police arrested another youth, identified as Naveen Das, from Nawapara Canal More for stealing a mobile phone. Giving the above information, Ambari Outpost OC Sajal Roy said that both the accused were produced in Jalpaiguri district court today.
