Islampur, 15th December: All India Krishak Khet Majdoor Sangathan (AIKKMS) staged a sit-in protest in front of the Islampur bus terminal against the farm bill. Sujan Krishna Pal, Nirmal Sarkar, Bhadra Ram Sinha, Imrul Kayes, and other leaders, activists, and supporters were present during the programme.
Sujan Krishna Pal said that farmers across the country are opposing the law and lakhs of farmers are continuously staging sit-in protests in Delhi. Hence, the association too protested in front of the Islampur bus terminal in support of the movement.
