Siliguri, 20th April: Sensation prevailed after a newborn was found lying unattended inside the Muni Bagan tea estate in Bagdogra. The tea garden workers found the baby on Wednesday and immediately informed the police about the incident.
On receiving the news, Bagdogra police reached the spot and retrieved the girl child. After this, she was taken to the North Bengal Medical College and Hospital. Police are probing the incident gravely.
